Chris Ray

Chris Ray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Executive Director Service EMEA LATAM at Vanderlande since January 2017. In this role, Chris leads the Service Airports team across EMEA and LATAM, focusing on strategic direction, operational execution, and performance management. Prior to this, Chris held several positions at Heathrow from June 2009 to December 2016, including Head of Baggage Operations, where a collaborative approach was promoted to enhance the baggage operating model. Chris's earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Bristol Airport and various roles focused on baggage services. Chris holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management from the University of Bath.
