Fieke Fleskens

Fieke Fleskens serves as the Head of Corporate Sustainability a.i. and Global CoE Lead HR Technology at Vanderlande since November 2020. Prior to this, Fieke was a Senior Manager in People and Organisation at PwC from May 2015 to October 2020, leading HR Cloud Transformation projects and overseeing various aspects of cloud readiness, HCM SaaS implementations, and change management. Fieke's earlier experience includes roles at Philips from October 2011 to April 2015, where responsibilities encompassed project management of global HR Digital programs implemented in over 70 countries. Fieke began a career in HR at Gemeente Veldhoven as an intern, focusing on HR communication and policy development. Fieke holds a Master's degree in Organisation Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Studies, both from Tilburg University.
