Gabrielle van Leeuwen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as the Global HR Director & Business Partner at Vanderlande since August 2024, Gabrielle previously held similar roles at Nexperia from March 2017 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing HR partnerships across various business units. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at PwC, managing performance and career development for an audit business unit, and serving as a change consultant for Gemeente Utrecht, focusing on transformation and youth employment initiatives. Gabrielle’s early career involved roles in human resources and development, including time at UniPartners Tilburg and AIESEC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health Psychology, all obtained from Tilburg University.
