Hrishikesh Bawa

Hrishikesh Bawa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Group Leader - Quality Management at Vanderlande since September 2021, Hrishikesh oversees field quality issues, industrialization, and quality improvements. Prior to this role, Hrishikesh was the Project Leader Field Quality at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., focusing on manufacturing strategies and integrated management systems. A significant tenure at General Motors spanned from July 2009 to January 2021, where Hrishikesh held various managerial roles, achieving remarkable improvements in electrical first-time quality and production planning for LHD export vehicles. Hrishikesh’s academic credentials include an MBA in Strategic Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from Sardar Patel University, complemented by a Global Immersion Programme at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
