Komal Singh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Director & Global HR Business Partner at Vanderlande since April 2024, providing strategic support to the Technology Business Unit. Previously, Komal held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at Bloomreach, where responsibilities included partnering with multiple departments and leading change management efforts. With experience as Director of HR for APAC & EMEA at InMobi, Komal drove people strategy across diverse regions and received recognition for exceptional business partnership. Earlier roles included HR leadership positions at Intuit, Diageo, Microsoft, Nokia, and Genpact, encompassing employee relations, organizational design, and talent development. Komal holds an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
