Ralph Thompson

Ralph Thompson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the automated material handling and food-service industries. Currently serving as Director of Retrofit Projects & Field Service for Vanderlande since 2018, Ralph has successfully led the growth of the North American Retrofit business by over 500% and developed a high-performing technical training team. Prior to this, Ralph held various leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Operations & Quality Director for the McDonald's Division, where Ralph managed service and quality improvement programs. Ralph also has a track record in product development and operations management at Nabisco/Kraft Foods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in International Finance from Georgia State University.
