Shrikant Pawar

Shrikant Pawar currently serves as the Group Head of Research & Development at Vanderlande since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shrikant held multiple engineering management positions at Eaton from June 2012 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing Industrial Control Connectivity Firmware and VFD, Motor Protection Relays, as well as firmware development for industrial communication protocols. Shrikant's career began at Schneider Electric from August 2006 to June 2012, progressing from Graduate Engineering Trainee to Associate Lead. Shrikant holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
