Tahirah Lamar

Tahirah LaMar, M.S., SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People Services Leader for The Americas at Vanderlande, where oversight of HR service delivery is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Tahirah served as Vice President of HR Operations & Shared Services at Higginbotham, after being promoted from Director of HR Shared Services, where significant contributions included designing and implementing a highly effective HR Care Center. Additional experience includes a tenure at Comcast as Director of Human Resources focused on change management and HR program effectiveness, as well as previous roles at Southern Company, NorthgateArinso, and SunTrust Bank, showcasing a comprehensive background in HR functions and leadership development. Tahirah holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Clark Atlanta University.
