Arthur Pastoor is an experienced plant and production manager with a background in chemical process engineering and papermaking. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Vandersanden since March 2021, Arthur is responsible for directing operations at the ceramic paver site and overseeing personal coaching and improvement projects. Prior experience includes roles at AFP Films as Manager Extrusie, leading large teams in a fast-paced production environment, and at AFP Flexible Packaging as Supervisor Industrial Films, managing operational aspects of extrusion production. Arthur also has a history with Norske Skog Parenco as Unit Manager Papermachine, overseeing multiple teams to meet production and quality targets, and has contributed to the educational sector as a teacher for papermaking modules. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Chemical Process Engineering from Saxion University and a Bachelor of Science in Papermaking from VAPA.
