Ernesto Slaviero

Ernesto Slaviero has extensive experience in the manufacturing and project management sectors, currently serving as Plant Manager at Vandersanden Group since January 2015. Previously, from January 2001 to December 2014, Ernesto held various roles at IAC Genk, including Technical & Project Manager, Launch Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included project management, technical management, and leading cross-functional teams for new projects, process setup, and equipment development. Prior experience includes a role as Wire Harness Coordinator at Yazaki Belgium, facilitating coordination between production plants and local customers in Europe. Ernesto holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from KIHL and a degree in Industrial Sciences from PTS Eisden.
