Vincent Lampaert

Vincent Lampaert serves as Vice President Technology and Co-R&D Manager at Vandewiele nv, with responsibilities encompassing the development of textile machinery for velvet fabrics since February 2004. Previous roles include R&D Project Manager focusing on velvet and tufting machines, as well as a position as R&D - CAE Project Engineer within the Computer Aided Engineering department, contributing to kinematic and dynamic analyses, FEM calculations, cam design, and vibration measurements. Prior to joining Vandewiele, Vincent Lampaert was a Research Assistant at K.U.Leuven from 1999 to 2004, engaging in research activities tied to a Ph.D. in Mechatronics. Vincent Lampaert also holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from K.U.Leuven.
