Emilie Hsieh

Emilie Hsieh is the Founder/CEO of Allie, a company that helps organizations build inclusive culture through DEI efforts. Emilie is also a Consultant/Advisor for startups and growth-stage companies, providing expertise in product, go-to-market, and strategy. Prior to their current roles, Emilie was an Associate at A.T. Kearney, specializing in management consulting for retail and consumer industries. Emilie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. Emilie currently serves as the Product and Go-to-Market at Vandra.
