Tamara Lowin is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in municipal credit analysis and research. Currently serving as a Senior Municipal Credit Analyst at VanEck since July 2021, Lowin previously held the position of Director of Research at Belle Haven Investments from September 2012 to July 2021. Early in the career, Tamara worked as a Senior Municipal Bond Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman and as a Municipal Bond Analyst at both UBS and J.P. Morgan. The career began with a Summer Internship at Community Wealth Ventures and included an Analyst role at Jones Lang LaSalle. Tamara holds an MBA in Public Policy from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
