Mary Liscar, MBA, ACRP-PM

Mary Liscar, MBA, ACRP-PM has extensive experience in clinical operations, project management, and sales education. Mary began their career in 2008 as an ICBM Operator and Flight Commander for the United States Air Force, where they commanded a flight of 28 personnel and oversaw $5.3 billion in weapon system assets. From 2014 to 2016, Mary worked as a Sales Education Representative for Medtronic Spine & Biologics, where they were immersed in a 12-month corporate sales development program. During this time, they provided nationwide support to Medtronic Spinal and Biologics districts by assisting with clinical case-coverage/support, education and corporate assistance. In 2016, Mary joined Histogenics Corporation as a Project Manager and Clinical Research Specialist, where they served as a liaison and resource for study sites in the Operating Room for NeoCart, a Phase III investigational product. Since 2017, Mary has been employed at Vanguard Clinical, Inc. as Director of Clinical Operations, Senior Manager Clinical Operations, and Clinical Trial Manager.

Mary Liscar, MBA, ACRP-PM received their Bachelor of Science - BS from the United States Air Force Academy in 2007. Mary then went on to receive their Masters in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Stoneham High School from 1999 to 2003.
