Jim Cook

Jim Cook has a diverse work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Jim started their career at Vanguard EMS in 1993 as a Test Technician. After a few years, they joined Laughlin-Wilt Group, where they initially worked as a Pick and Place Operator. Jim then progressed to the role of Test Technician and eventually became the Lead Test Technician. In 1996, they returned to RadiSys Corporation as a Manufacturing Test Technician II/III until 1999. Jim then moved up to the position of Test Engineering Technician III and later Test Engineering Technician IV, where they worked until 2010. Finally, they rejoined Vanguard EMS in 2010 as a Test Engineer.

Jim Cook attended Cottage Grove High School from 1983 to 1985, earning a diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at ITT Technical Institute from 1987 to 1989. During this period, they obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
