Stuart Kahl, PMP

Stuart Kahl, PMP, has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stuart is currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Vanguard EMS since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Kelly Services (contract to Intel Corporation) from February 2019 to December 2022, where they were accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of WiFi/Bluetooth module sample supply. Stuart collaborated with stakeholders to make sample allocation decisions and developed product collateral and customer communications.

From May 2015 to November 2017, Stuart worked as a Program Manager at Enterprise Logic, Inc. (contract to Intel Corporation), leading the operations team for NPI products and ensuring the delivery of products as required. Stuart also served as a Program Manager/Engineering Manager/Operations Manager at Intel Corporation in various capacities from April 2004 to April 2014. During this time, they managed and led teams throughout the product life cycle, chaired the VV/CRB PDT, and supervised technicians.

Before that, Stuart worked at Rockwell International, where they held several roles including Quality Manager, NPI/Fast Track Line Manager, Production Manager, Business Unit Group Leader, Quality Test Engineer, Receiving Inspection Engineer/Supervisor, and Quality Engineer/Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for managing manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and training and evaluating employees.

Stuart Kahl, PMP attended Texas Tech University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Stuart also holds additional certifications, including the Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management certification from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2023, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), obtained in February 2016.
