Randall Schmidt

Randall Schmidt has extensive experience in fire protection design, currently serving as a Fire Protection Designer at Vanguard Fire & Security Systems, Inc. since February 2012. Previously, Randall was the Owner/Operator of Fast Response Design Services and a Sprinkler System Designer at Brigade Fire Protection and American Fire Protection. Throughout the career, Randall has focused on sprinkler system layout for various types of systems, including wet, dry, and deluge systems, as well as conducting hydraulic calculations and project management. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology from Lansing Community College and earlier studies at Central Michigan University.
