Dirk Ceulemans

Dirk Ceulemans is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Director for Europe at Vanguard Logistics Services since June 2007. Concurrently, Dirk has been the Owner of e-SYS400 International bvba since January 2000. Prior to these roles, Dirk held the position of IT Manager Europe at Confreight Belgium from January 2000 until June 2007.
