Jeffrey Rafalski

Jeffrey Rafalski has extensive experience in the packaging and retail industries. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing at Vanguard Packaging, where they focus on new business development strategies and customer success management. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of New Business Development at Vanguard Packaging, where they were responsible for sales support and activities.

Before joining Vanguard Packaging, Jeffrey worked at the Shop! Association, where they held various positions. Jeffrey was a Research Council Member, conducting research on emerging demographic groups and predictive analytics. Jeffrey also served as a Research Chair, leading research efforts in consumer behavior, trends, and design.

Earlier in their career, Jeffrey was the Director of In-Store Merchandising, E-Commerce, and Insights Development at Packaging Corporation of America. Jeffrey was responsible for developing and managing customer in-store merchandising and e-commerce solutions.

Jeffrey has also been actively involved in industry organizations. Jeffrey was a Member of the Board of Directors at POPAI, advocating for the in-store marketing industry. Additionally, they worked as a Creative Director and Strategic Account Sales Manager at TimBar Packaging and Display, overseeing creative services and innovation development.

Jeffrey Rafalski attended Columbia College Chicago from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Design.
