Caroline Gilman

Caroline Gilman is a dedicated professional in the food systems and renewable resources sector, currently serving as the National Sales Manager - Retail at Vanguard Renewables since July 2022, having previously held positions as Sr. Organics Market Manager and Organics Market Manager. Before joining Vanguard, Caroline contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Vermont, focusing on regenerative agriculture and culturally appropriate food systems. Additional roles include Community Food Distribution Coordinator and Food Access and Gleaning Fellow at the Vermont Foodbank, as well as a Marketing Intern at Common Roots. Caroline's early career included leadership as the Head of Archery Department at Brown Ledge Camp & Brown Ledge Foundation. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Food Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Food Systems, both from the University of Vermont.
