Kaylyn Bacha

Kaylyn Bacha is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering (Commissioning & Operations) at Vanguard Renewables since July 2020, with previous roles including Operations Technical Manager and Senior Environmental Engineer. Prior to Vanguard, Kaylyn worked as an Integrated Fluids and Solids Engineer II at Schlumberger from December 2015 to May 2017, focusing on drilling fluids engineering for deepwater projects in West Africa. Kaylyn holds a Master of Science in Management and Engineering of Environment and Energy from both KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
