Cristina Gomes Gonzalez CCRP has extensive experience in clinical study operations and management. Cristina was the Assistant Director of Operations at Vanguard Research Group, where they led a team of site managers and improved project planning and timelines through the development of a toolkit. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager, overseeing the development and execution of multiple clinical research trials.

Before their time at Vanguard Research Group, Cristina worked at Northwell Health, where they held various roles including Senior Supervising Research Coordinator and Data Manager. In these positions, they successfully managed clinical study operations, supervised and trained staff, and designed databases for multiple studies. As acting director, they provided leadership and oversight to trial managers and ensured the completion of projects in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
