Keith Buckman, CHFM, HEM has extensive work experience in facilities management and regulatory compliance. Keith started their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Senior Chief Utilitiesman for 24 years. Following their military service, Buckman held various leadership positions in different organizations.

At Erickson Retirement Communities, they worked as the M&E Operations and Energy Manager, where they developed an enterprise-wide energy strategy and conducted building energy audits. Keith also served as the Senior Facilities Manager for Maintenance & Engineering, overseeing a 30-person team responsible for maintaining critical mechanical systems in multiple buildings.

Buckman then joined Sodexo as the Director of Engineering at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, where they ensured the operational efficiency and compliance of life safety and critical building systems.

Keith later moved to Vanguard Resources, Inc., working as the Director of Facilities Management at Hunt Regional Medical Center and Community Hospitals. In this role, they provided direction and support to department managers, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing a wide range of departments.

Recently, Buckman served as the Interim Director Facilities Management at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, where they directed facility operations for a large acute care hospital.

Throughout their career, Buckman has demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, especially with organizations such as The Joint Commission and CMS conditions of participation. Keith also has experience in environmental health and safety management, energy conservation, and building maintenance.

Keith Buckman, CHFM, HEM obtained an Associate's degree in Business from American InterContinental University between 2007 and 2008.
