Les Bramblett

Les Bramblett is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations management and process improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as President at Vanguard Soap since April 2020, Bramblett previously held several key positions at International Paper from 1991 to 2020, including ME Lean / 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, where responsibilities involved leading culture change initiatives, coaching leadership, and managing demand and replenishment planning teams. Other notable roles involved overseeing a $130 million converting operation as Plant Manager and leading an SAP implementation project as Business Lead. Bramblett holds an MBA in Management from The University of Memphis and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
