Sirish Rao Vattam

Sirish Rao Vattam has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sirish Rao is currently the Founder and CEO of Vanguard Supply Chain Solutions, where they have led the company in pioneering innovative cold chain management solutions in the life sciences industry. Prior to this, Sirish served as the President of Global Operations at Biotrans Logistics, where they revitalized the startup and improved SLA performance. Sirish Rao also held the role of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care, addressing market disruptions while prioritizing patient and employee satisfaction. At Taconic Biosciences, they held multiple roles including Global Head of Supply Chain and Transportation and Logistics Manager, driving operational excellence and cost savings. Sirish has also worked as an Equity Analyst at the Mayer Fund and as a Social Venture Consultant at the Dingman Center. Sirish Rao began their career as an R&D Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent.

Sirish Rao Vattam holds an MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, obtaining a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Sirish Rao Vattam also completed their high school education at National Public School in Bangalore, specializing in PCMC from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Personal Leadership, one from Columbia Business School and another from the Institute for Personal Leadership in October 2013.
