Aram Terzian

Aram Terzian has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries and roles. Aram began their career in 2012 as a Technical Publications Analyst at Ford Argentina. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes, first as a Logistics Planner and then as a Maintenance Planner for Elaborations.

In 2017, Aram joined gsk and held several positions, including Maintenance Analyst and Continuous Improvement Leader. Aram was responsible for maintenance planning, health and safety support, and implementing continuous improvement projects. Aram also served as a leader in the calibrations and spare parts warehouse and was involved in inventory management and logistics operations.

In 2020, Aram joined Balloon Group as Head of Operations, where they managed stakeholder relationships, project management, and product quality control for the LATAM region. Aram also provided team leadership and training.

Currently, Aram is the Head of Operations at Vanguard X, where they lead HR, Engineering, and Sales teams. Aram'sresponsibilities include developing and optimizing processes, setting business KPIs and OKRs, and implementing growth strategies.

Throughout their career, Aram has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Aram Terzian completed their undergraduate education from 2009 to 2015 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Aram obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering during this time. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on general business administration and management. In 2022, Aram Terzian completed a Data Analytics program at Digital House. Additionally, they obtained certification in Electronic Commerce from Google Actívate in May 2022.
