Lu Pascazzi

Lu Pascazzi is currently the Head of Growth at Vanguard X, where they conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and create strategic plans to drive business growth. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at Golden Pack, managing B2B client accounts and overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns. Before that, at ORTIZ, they held the title of Project and Process Manager, where they analyzed and simplified outdated processes and evaluated potential automation. Lu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from IQS Barcelona and Universidad Católica de Córdoba.
