Amy Greco

Amy Greco, MBA, is the Chief of Staff for Business & Operational Risk at Vanguard, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked at Vanguard in various roles, including Senior Risk Manager and Defined Benefits Associate II, from 2012 to 2014. Amy began their career as a Financial Analyst at PECO Energy in 2010. They obtained a Master of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Strategic Management and Marketing from Villanova University, where they also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Communications. Amy is also recognized as a Villanova University student athlete alum.
