Azline Nelson

Azline Nelson is a seasoned business program manager and strategist with extensive experience in financial product development and sales optimization. At Vanguard, from August 2022 to November 2023, Azline held positions as Business Program Manager, Senior Specialist, and as a Specialist in the MBA Leadership Development Program. Prior to Vanguard, Azline served as an MBA Venture Fellow at OZÉ, where development of a short-term lending financial product led to increased loan applications through AI-driven creditworthiness assessments. Azline's entrepreneurial success includes winning the Jacobson Global Venture Award in 2021 at Anima Iris, where skills in pitch deck creation and revenue forecasting proved pivotal in attracting venture capital investment. Earlier, experience at Delta Air Lines focused on global sales development and pricing analysis, enhancing communication and revenue initiatives. An initial position as a BOLD Intern at Google involved recommending product features for marketing efficiency.
