Carole Okigbo

Carole Okigbo serves as the Head of Investment Strategy Group for Asia-Pacific at Vanguard, overseeing diverse research teams in Economics/Capital Markets, Retirement, and ESG, while also being a member of the Global Leadership Team. Previously, Carole held the position of Senior Investment Strategist and Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer at Vanguard, managing over $6 trillion in assets. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Manager at IFC Asset Management Company, where responsibilities included executing buy-side investments and formulating fund strategies, as well as Associate Manager in M&A at Standard Bank, Senior Analyst at GCA, and Analyst at Citi, where valuation analyses and due diligence were key focus areas. Carole holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Wharton School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
