Cheryl Flannery

Cheryl Flannery, CISSP, PMP, currently serves as the Security Operations Product Owner and Program Management Head at Vanguard since May 2022, while also directing communications on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Cheryl held positions at Pfizer from September 2015 to February 2022, leading initiatives in cloud, security, IoT, and infrastructure architecture, and establishing a proactive information security program. Additional experience includes serving as the Global IT Architecture, Security, and Risk Management Director at Church & Dwight, and as Global IT Security/Compliance/Risk leader at Air Products, where responsibilities encompassed governance, strategic planning, and quarterly reports to the Board regarding cybersecurity. Cheryl's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University and professional training with (ISC)2 for CISSP.
