Courtney Wurth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development across the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development for Financial Advisor Services at Vanguard since March 2020, Courtney has previously held senior leadership positions at Investors Bank and Capital One, where responsibilities included spearheading Learning & Talent Management strategies and developing comprehensive learning programs for employees. Additional experience includes directing learning and development for TD Bank's extensive retail network and contact centers, as well as foundational roles at Bank One that encompassed retail banking management and training. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Communication from Denison University and an MBA from Villanova University.
