Crystal Hardie Langston

Crystal Hardie Langston currently serves as Principal, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Community Stewardship at Vanguard, having been with the company since July 2005. Over the years, Crystal has held various principal roles at Vanguard, including Chief Learning Officer and Head of Specialty Programs, Head of Vanguard Retirement Plan Access, Head of Corporate Strategy, and Head of Internal Sales in Financial Advisor Services. Prior experience includes a position as Private Wealth Management Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and analyst roles at Banc of America Securities LLC and Chase Manhattan Bank. Crystal holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, with additional studies at the University of the Witwatersrand.
