David Y Sharp

David Sharp is a seasoned professional in technology operations and management, currently serving as a Senior PMO in Endpoint Engineering at Vanguard since 2022, following various leadership roles within the organization since 2016. David is also an Advisory Board Member for the Mid-Atlantic CX Forum, which promotes collaboration in customer experience and technology. In addition, David has extensive experience in the fire service, holding numerous leadership positions at Ivyland Fire Company Inc since 1989, and serving as a local instructor at the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy. Previous roles include Director positions at Capgemini Invent and service delivery leadership at several firms, along with academic qualifications that include a Master's degree in Information Systems from Drexel University and certification in project management from the University of Colorado Denver.
