Erik Morales

Erik Morales possesses a diverse background in education and client services. Erik served as the Soc119 Coordinator at Penn State University from September 2009 to August 2016, while also holding multiple roles at World in Conversation during the same period as Program Coordinator. Erik contributed to Upward Bound as a Resident Assistant in May 2013 and later advanced to the role of Residence Hall Director. Transitioning to the private sector, Erik worked at Vanguard from October 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included Flagship Client Services Specialist, Brokerage Investment Professional, Investment Services Team Leader, and Foundational Services Support Leader. Erik earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Penn State University between 2008 and 2012.
