Gary Marti

Gary Marti is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application development and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Application Engineer at Vanguard since August 2012, Gary has been involved in supporting mainframe-based applications and handling maintenance and change requests. Prior to Vanguard, Gary worked at Independence Blue Cross for 15 years, holding various senior analyst positions focused on mainframe and AS400 systems, contributing to significant initiatives in finance and underwriting. Earlier in the career, Gary served as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Ajilon, where responsibilities included the design and support of health and welfare systems. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Computer Engineering from the Technical College of Moscow, Russia.
