Holly Lukach

Holly Lukach, CMP, serves as the Head of FAS Events at Vanguard, overseeing the strategy and execution of over 200 customized in-person and virtual events annually for Financial Advisor Services. With extensive experience in event management, Holly previously held senior roles at Penn Mutual, including Senior Manager of Field Recognition Programs and Manager of Event Planning and Industry Relations, where successful initiatives led to increased sales growth and high member retention. Earlier positions include Senior Communications Specialist at Toolbox.com and Marketing Manager at The Performance Institute, where marketing efforts consistently surpassed goals. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a Minor in Marketing from The George Washington University.
