Jayla Ross

Jayla Ross is a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Vanguard since August 2022, focusing on IT Procurement and Sourcing Operations. Ross participated in the Acceleration to Financial Professional Program at Vanguard and gained experience at Johnson & Johnson as a Global Audit & Assurance Finance Intern and Finance Intern. Leadership skills were demonstrated as Executive President of the Student Government Association from April 2021 to May 2022, with prior roles including Executive Secretary and Intern. Ross also contributed to Vanguard as a North Star Experiential Program Fellow in May 2020. Jayla Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lincoln University, earned in 2022.
