Katie Gouinlock

Katie Gouinlock, CFA, is an experienced portfolio manager currently serving as the Global Index ETF Lead in the Fixed Income Group at Vanguard since April 2016, where responsibilities include managing the US Industrials portfolio management and trading pod. Prior to this role, Katie contributed as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and held various positions within the Equity Index Group, including Head of Canada ETF Capital Markets and ETF Capital Markets Specialist. Previous experience includes serving as a Principal Consultant at Citrix, recognized for leading complex technology consulting projects and achieving "Top Gun" status in 2014 and 2015. Katie holds an MBA from The Wharton School (2022-2024) and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Economics from Brown University (2007-2011).
