Linda Kaiser

Linda Kaiser currently serves as the IT Delivery Department Head for Enterprise Advice at Vanguard, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Linda was the IT Delivery Department Head at Vanguard Charitable, where leadership in strategic delivery programs focused on enhancing public and secure websites, data capabilities, and implementing a CRM from June 2018 to September 2021. Linda's extensive experience at Vanguard spans various leadership roles beginning in July 1996, including Corporate Strategy Engagement Manager and multiple IT Delivery Department Head positions. Linda holds an Executive Master's of Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Technology Management from The Wharton School, and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
