Lindsey Musselman

Lindsey Musselman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and business operations, particularly in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Retail People and Business Operations at Vanguard since October 2012, Lindsey manages operations for a 5,000-person retail business, overseeing significant customer interactions and advisor appointments annually. Previous roles include Business Transformation Lead, where Lindsey led the implementation of a new sales model, and Head of Strategic Support, responsible for aligning talent management with organizational goals. Prior experience at Deloitte & Touche included managing talent development strategies for executives and providing strategic consulting to Fortune 500 companies.
