Lisa Lomonaco

Lisa LoMonaco, MS, is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in driving organizational learning initiatives. Currently serving as Sr. Learning and Development Consultant at Vanguard since November 2017, Lisa has developed a comprehensive learning strategy that fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Prior roles include advising on talent management at Excelsior Merchandising Group, contributing to a global software rollout at On Board Services, and leading the training function at MRS BPO, LLC. Lisa's career spans roles in teaching as an adjunct faculty instructor and the leadership of corporate education at Cabrini University, where innovative programming was developed to meet the needs of adult learners. Educational credentials include a BFA from New York Institute of Technology and an MS in Adult Education from Buffalo State University.
