Michael Sherrard

Michael Sherrard is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Onboarding Team Leader and Support Team Lead at Vanguard since May 2020. In these roles, Michael focuses on coaching and developing retirement apprentices to ensure they effectively assist clients in achieving confidence in their retirement plans. Prior to this, Michael worked as a Retirement Services Representative at Vanguard and as a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, LLC. Additionally, Michael gained experience as a Bartender at Bakersfield East Blvd. Michael Sherrard holds an education from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, where studies spanned from 2016 to 2018.
