Pavel Matskevich

Pavel Matskevich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vulnerability management and IT project management at Vanguard since October 2016. Prior to this role, Pavel worked at Lockheed Martin from June 2004 to October 2016 in various capacities, including Product Manager for Commercial Cyber Security, Technical Assistant to the Vice President of Business Development, and Technical Solution Architect for a significant new business development capture. Pavel holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University (2003-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution (1999-2003).
