Rebecca Katz

Rebecca Katz currently serves as the Principal and Global Head of Strategic Enablement in the Investment Strategy Group at Vanguard, where the focus is on advancing investor education and promoting thought leadership. Rebecca has held various leadership roles within Vanguard, including Chief Communications Officer and Senior Communications Advisor for China, contributing significantly to media relations and strategic communications. In addition to a successful career at Vanguard that began in 2000, Rebecca established the Philadelphia Dance Connection to provide diverse dance education to adults and children. Academic credentials include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and degrees in Russian and Journalism from Bryn Mawr College and Temple University, respectively.
