Richard Bourne

Richard Bourne, CISSP, is the Director of Insider Risk Management at Vanguard, where they lead a team responsible for evolving the Insider Threat Program at the world's largest provider of mutual funds. With a rich history in the financial services industry, Richard has held various roles, including Information Security Analyst, Windows Systems Engineer, and Senior Insider Threat Analyst at Vanguard. Prior to this, they worked as a Systems Engineer at General Accident Insurance and as an Economics Analyst at The WEFA Group. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Seton Hall University.
