Sam Jana

Sam Jana serves as the Head of Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing, and Operations in Global Talent Acquisition at Vanguard since April 2022, and also holds the position of Chief of Staff in Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Communications. Additionally, Sam is a Board Member at the Talent Marketing Board since February 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Strategy & Development in Wireless at Comcast from October 2018 to March 2022, Strategic Business Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2017 to October 2018, and various positions at Comcast and Yahoo, including Senior Manager of Corporate Programs and Senior Marketing Manager. Sam's career began with roles in marketing and research, including a position as Senior Media Planner at Mediasmith and a Researcher at MGH/Harvard Medical School. Sam holds an M.B.A. from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, specializing in Strategy, Product Management, and Tech Marketing, and a B.Sc. from Carnegie Mellon University with a major in Biology and a minor in Biomedical Engineering.
