Samantha Choa, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Vanguard since July 2011, where Samantha currently serves as the Head of Investment Product Strategy within the Multi-Asset Solutions team. Previously, Samantha led efforts on global investment management regulatory and policy risk and was an Assistant Portfolio Manager in the Quantitative Equity Group. Additional roles at Vanguard included Investment Strategist and participation in the MBA Leadership Development Program. Prior experience includes a Summer Strategy Associate position at QBE North America, Vice President at Marsh in Private Equity and M&A Services, and an Underwriter at Chubb for financial institutions. Samantha holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Wellesley College.
