Sarah Bloom Raskin

Sarah Bloom Raskin has served as deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as a governor of the Federal Reserve Board, and as commissioner of financial regulation of the state of Maryland. Ms. Raskin has also served as a member of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation Board. She joined Vanguard's board in 2017.
