Sean Pitches

Sean Pitches currently serves as the Head of Talent Assessment at Vanguard, a position held since February 2016, following a transition from an interim contractor role focused on building a learning operation for a young European region. Previous experience includes leadership roles at BP as the Leadership Development Director and VP of Curriculum Development, where Sean managed executive development for the top 500 leaders and oversaw the establishment of academies for Safety and Operational Risk and Ethics and Compliance. At PwC, Sean held the position of L&D Leader for the Central and Eastern Europe Region, enhancing talent management and leadership development initiatives. As Global Head of Talent and Development at The Linde Group, Sean integrated leadership development curricula and managed organizational change processes. Early career at Novartis involved serving as Head of Leadership Development, providing OD consultancy across the Consumer Health portfolio. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a PGCE from the University of London.
